Training and Education
For 2011 and 2012, we are pleased to announce 3 new course dates for the Chailey Approach to Postural Management courses that we run.
Unfortunately we have had a cancel a course we had planned for the 28th and 29th of September. The other courses will still be running.
Over the last 15 years, we have trained thousands of professionals and clinicians involved with the assessment and prescription of postural management equipment. There are two course formats for 2011:
- Postural Management and Special Seating
- 24 Hour Postural Management, Assessment and Levels of Ability
The training course includes slide presentations, workshops and practical sessions. The training manual that will be sent to you before the course is essential pre-course reading. The course will focus on the Chailey Levels of Ability, their use as an assessment tool, the evidence base for postural management, and the design and use of the Chailey equipment.
Course Dates
This year, we will be using two venues for our courses, one near Heathrow in London, and one in central Coventry.
