Footplates
The highly reliable and adjustable design of CAPS II footrest is now available for fitting on a range of standard wheelchairs including the B10 and Uni. They are fitted quickly and easily by removing the existing footrest tubes and replacing with this special footrest assembly.
They offer a wide range of adjustments so it is possible to accommodate a wide range of foot positions. Adjustment is provided front to back, side to side, plantar and dorsi flexion, inversion and eversion. Available in a range of sizes, and with either leather or webbing footstraps.
Additional Support
They can be used to provide a specific foot position where the support offered by the wheelchair itself is not sufficient.
Kit Contents
The Wheelchair Footrests comprise of the following items:
• Black anodised footplates with fluted rubber infill
• Replacement footrest drop tubes to suit wheelchair footrest hangers supporting 3/4" diameter footrest drop tubes.
• Webbing footstraps
• Heel Loops
• Footplate support tubing C All fixings and fittings.
Other Accessories
Leather Footstraps are available as an option.
Heel Loop Outriggers are available to increase the Maximum Heel Width of the footplate by approximately 16mm per side.

Other Accessories
Depending on the footrest height and position, castor outriggers may be required to ensure adequate castor clearance.
